25% water change a week is good never do 100% as it will shock them ,you should get a sipon hose to clean the gravel do half of it one week and the other half the next never do all of it at once your suk up all the benafical bacteria you should turn the light on 8-10 hours you can by a cheap timer for that.the feeding parts is the right amount
