Ttc-will this work after bd?

ok so i order preseed, we'll i got a + opk on the 24th but i hubby was at work...so when he came home for lunch i didn't think he would be in the mood to bd but he jumped me...lol any who after we got done i appled the pre seed case i do not have much ewmc so after i appled it i put a pillow under me and sat in bed for 30min....i was wondering could this help me any or was it a waste of pre~ seed? thanks everone..
