How do I bake a frozen uncooked apple pie in a gl dish?

It's my first homemade apple pie & I stupidly froze it in a gl pie dish. Googled several sights & saw that sudden temperature change would break the gl. I know thawing it will make it soggy. Next time (if there is one), I'll used a foil pan!
