The Scarlet Letter project?

You should make a scafold (a gallows type thingy) and place the characters around it in their perspective places according to the book. Hester and Pearl on top with Dimmesdale to represent their relationship, the creepy older guy below(sorry forget his name..Hesters husband) below to represent his judgment on them. Also place the other various characters about too such as the mayor, and the old ladies.
