How do I get a rep at my bank fired?

I have stopped almost all of my business at this bank because of a rep igned to me. I have no choice but to deal with him when I have ques. He is really rude and condensending and will not return my calls. Management does not seem to care. I have a loan that will be paid off in 7 months and that is all I have left with this bank. I know you guys think this is petty, but I have to deal with this stress every moth when I make a loan payment. If he's fired, then I can igned to someone else. Any ideas?
