Can anyone tell me any literary elements/figures found in the novel "In Cold Blood"?

For God's sake just write your story. Do you think Faulkner, ens, Fyodor Dostoyevsky even knew about that rubbish? That's for literary critics, ysts and talentless tutors to earn a living.
