Does he like me or not?

ok so theres this guy that im rally good friends with and ive known him forever and we get along really well, he makes me laugh and we joke around, but the thing is that, wen he sees me he gives me a hug but he doesn't hug anyone that's not fam to him, he don't hug my sis and he and her get along, but sometimes he treats me just lke a friend and nothing more, but wen i started talking with this other guy he comes over and puts his arm around my waist, and the other guy backs of, but later that night, he acted lke were just freinds, but wen i had to go home and was saying bye to everyone, he gives me a hug and whispers into my ear that he was really happy that he could see me. does he lke me or not?
