How do you appologise to someone that found out about my horrible past and nw wouldnt talk to me ????? Help?

Well i was talking t this girl for abut 8 months we really got close while we was talking she told me everything about her but i left out my hrrible past in where i slept with 40 girls in a 6 mnths period i chose to leave that out so a cople f weeks ago we was talking and i felt it would oonly be fair t tell her about my past and i have apologised t her abut itbut shes nt showing any sympathy i told her i was changing because of her and i wanted our friendship to be based on honesty and she cmpletely flipped out its now been 2 weeks and i have tried to call her email her everything but she aint responding to me please help i dnt know what i have to do help me
