I got a 30 on the ACT?

So I took the ACT and I got a 30 on it. I know that is a good score but how good is it? What colleges can I get into with that? Can I get more scholarships with a high ACT score or only with PSAT/SAT scores? This was my first time taking it and some people said I shouldn't take it again but should I?
