Whats wrong with me? are these migraines?

every once in a while i get these headaches and my sight gets all funky. its kinda blurry-starish. its really annoying and i cant see things well or even think clearly. are these migraines? if u could please help i would appreciate i. i have one right now so sorry if there are any typos. is there anything i can do to make them go away? PLEASE HELP MEEEEE!!!
