Does niagara falls,ny have a good public transit system?

It's decent, but not comprehensive. Buffalo's is a lot more comprehensive. Niagara Falls does not have a subway system. Buffalo does, however it only covers approximately 10 miles starting from University of Buffalo South Campus to downtown. Both are very safe.
