I have a chance to purchase (from an Infinity dealer) a mist blue 1997 Prelude with 28,000 miles.?

The car is not worth 8800 it is 11 years old and not even in the KBB so offer $2500 at most!. it isnt worth it. The mileage is probably a lie, dont buy it.
