If your sponsor terminates your j1 visa is it possible to obtain another j1 visa using a different sponsor?

we were working with hershey park, however we were asked to come in earlier than what we were scheduled for and we clocked in before putting on our uniform and they terminate our job offer also our job offer was suppose to end on the 15th of august and they missed the date and had us working until the 26th of august and thats when they terminated our employment, they were trying to blame us that we did not make them aware when our job offer expires and therefore when they terminated our employment there was no legal binding agreement for us to be working untill the 26th of august
