Should I be disciplined at work for this infraction?

I work for a gov't agency. The other day in the caf, I secretly got on the overhead mike and broadcast to about 400 people having lunch, "Me so hoorney; me love you long time." I didn't know the agency head was in the caf with two high ranking politicians. I realize it was childish. None the less, they are investigating all departments looking for the perpetrator. Should I confess and spare the gov't hundreds of wasted man hours trying to find out I am the ME SO HORNEY they are looking for. I also made a loud farting sound into the mike.
